Global PR Manager

Quanloop is growing and seeking a self-motivated, well organised and creative communications specialist (Global PR Manager) to join our Quanloop Marketing & PR team. In this position, you will manage the international strategy and coordination for Quanloop brand and products-related news moments at internal and industry events throughout the year. As a PR Manager, you will engage with our marketing team and key business executives to establish a global programme supporting company growth in 30 countries throughout Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating all public relations operations.
  • Develop a marketing communications strategy that includes objectives, targets, a budget, and techniques
  • Creating a media relations plan and pursuing high-level placements in print, television, and internet media
  • Lead a team of social media specialists to engage audiences in both old and new media.
  • Enhance current media ties and establish new ones with industry and business media
  • Respond to media enquiries and arrange interviews
  • Prepare press releases, bylines, and keynote speeches with relevant material
  • Evaluate and convey the outcomes of your public relations efforts.
  • Evaluate options for advertising and sponsorship on a regular basis.
  • Increase industry awareness by cultivating connections with thought leaders.
  • Make relevant suggestions for communication strategy around our brand based on a thorough grasp of industry trends.
  • Increase the effectiveness of existing measures or create new ones to encourage high performance.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Public relations experience of at least five years, ideally in the financial sector, is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalist, communications or similar education
  • Understanding of the financial technology landscape
  • Extensive experience developing and executing worldwide strategies
  • The ability to design and implement procedures as well as manage projects
  • Knowledge and experience in assisting with significant product launches or industry events
  • A strong command of both written and spoken language
  • Versatile and able to operate in a dynamic, international environment
  • Excellent judgement, especially in tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle numerous projects and challenges at once
  • Proactive—enjoys accepting responsibilities and making things happen
  • Ability to design successful tactics for complex communications issues
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience communicating and gaining trust with senior leadership
  • Comfortable in uncertain, fast-moving circumstances

Other skills:

  • English language, the minimum level is C1
  • Knowledge of at least one European language at C1 level (like Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, German, etc)
