Customer Support specialist

We are expanding and seeking a Customer Support specialist to handle our internal products communication needs through the strategic marketing process. In co-operation with the KYC/AML team, working 6 hours a day in shifts and twice a month on Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive working connection between Quanloop and its investors and clients
  • Provide extensive information about the services and products supplied to the investors
  • Communicate successfully with the customer support team
  • Open and manage investor or client account with all the needed account details
  • Listen to consumer concerns and give acceptable answers for their issue through chat or e-mail
  • Advise the senior management about possible goods or services to collect and evaluate client data and demands.
  • Improve client satisfaction by teaching new hires
  • Execute and handle surveys in respect to addressing customer service issues
  • Improve the customer experience by keeping track of customers and following up with them as soon as possible.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline High school diploma applicants with the appropriate experience may also be considered
  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialists or Customer Service Representative
  • Outstanding experience in interacting with consumers through telephone, e-mail, and chats
  • Excellent ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Quick decision-making skills and abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent talents in settling disputes and in negotiations
  • Excellent ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and to maintain order in a chaotic environment.
  • Talent to operate under pressure and to prioritise many things at once
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
  • Experience with popular CRM and help desk platforms such as Zoho, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

Other skills:

  • English language, the minimum level is C1
  • Knowledge of at least one European language at C1 level (like Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, German, etc)
